State Lead Team
A selected group of student leaders from BSMS and local churches across the state of Texas that come together to pursue a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ, exhibit leadership on the state level, and sharpen their leadership skills to impact their local campus and ultimately the world.

I love the BSM. However, I believe the most important place to get involved is with a church. The body of the church is there to keep you accountable, to lift you up and give you a community to grow alongside. My church loves fellowship and getting to know each other. They help me grow spiritually with classes and small groups. They are Christ centered. They keep me plugged in to the word and it has become a home to me.

Being involved in the BSM at my campus has changed the way I look at my time at college. Although I am away from my family, at BSM I have a family of friends and fellow believers supporting me and helping me become a better follower of Jesus. Being involved in BSM has been the biggest part of my time in college. As a freshman, I knew I wanted to be a part of a Christian organization but I expected much less than BSM. Through pushing me in all different ways, I have grown in so many areas of my life. I have developed greater leadership skills, learned how to better trust God with my life, and understood how the Gospel changes everything. BSM invites wonderful community but also deep spiritual growth. I know that God has used the BSM on my campus to greatly impact my life.
