I grew up going to church, but I never understood biblical community until I went to the BSM. I can say now that biblical community is one of the most powerful things that God allows us to experience! Not only does it help me keep my faith grounded, but it is a place to go if something in my life isn't going well.
The BSM was the birth-place of my salvation, and due to that, I will always be grateful for God's provision of this ministry. God has taught me what it looks like to be His disciple, how to serve Him and others and His ability to use broken people for His glory.
Getting involved with a local BSM or local church is so important because it gives you a community of believers who can build you up and teach you things that you didn't know you needed to know. The BSM is where I learned how important it is to read your Bible and spend time with God.
